Reservations, once confirmed, may be changed or canceled, respecting the individual policy of each product reserved.

● All car reservations that are canceled at least 10 days before the date of possession of the vehicle will be subject to a 100% penalty charge.
● All reservations (without exception) that for some reason are not used or are not present on the day of possession of the vehicle, will be subject to a 100% penalty

● VALID DRIVER LICENSE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF PICK UP VEHICLE
● CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (NO DEPOSIT WITHHELD)
● DEPARTURE AIRLINE TICKET

RULES AND CONDITIONS
• As standard, the vehicle is delivered to the customer with fuel tank full and therefore you must be returned in the same condition otherwise our current replenishment charges will apply.
• Cars can’t leave the state of Florida.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in our vehicles. A $250 penalty for violating our policy.
• The renter will be solely responsible for any traffic violation and tolls.
